We don’t usually make ourselves the focus of the main article in this newsletter, but this time we couldn’t help ourselves. Just as we were celebrating our seventh successful year, we got news that MTM LinguaSoft was being recognized as one of the Philadelphia 100†—the fastest growing companies in the Philadelphia region.
Last night, the entire staff and guests celebrated as the formal presentations were made at the official awards ceremony and reception at the Annenberg Center at the University of Pennsylvania.
The Philadelphia 100 is a merit based program. Only companies that are among the fastest growing, privately-held companies are awarded the Philadelphia 100 designation. The integrity of the process and the resulting list makes the Philadelphia 100 one of the most sought awards in the region. MTM LinguaSoft was recognized for achieving revenue growth of almost 72 percent between 2007 and 2009.
The event caps an exciting seventh year: the business continued to thrive; a number of new clients were added to our roster; Myriam presented on website globalization at two event sponsored by the US Commercial Service; and Myriam’s article “The Perils of Using Automation on Your Website,” was published in Marketing New Exclusives, a national newsletter of the American Marketing Association. (Click here for the full text of the article.) This is not to mention the new addition to the Siftar household.
We’ve also just completed major changes to our website,‡ making it more interactive and adding numerous client testimonials and work samples (more about that in our November email).
Thank you to all the clients and friends who helped make MTM LinguaSoft one of the most successful companies in Philadelphia.
Notes Added Feb 19 2014:
†MTM LinguaSoft also won the Philadelphia 100 award in 2011.
‡In 2012 MTM LinguaSoft unveiled an entirely new website and, in 2013, added companion foreign language microsites in French, Spanish, Arabic, and Chinese to replace the old foreign-language sites.
