Multilingual Desktop Publishing

Multilingual Desktop Publishing (DTP) is the process of taking translated text and putting it into a publishing program such as Adobe InDesign or QuarkXpress. This is often the last step in the translation process of brochures and catalogs. Special linguistic skills and software are necessary. Even when using the correct design application and platform, foreign language typesetting can be very challenging and requires the expertise of an experienced foreign language typesetter.

We produce professional quality localized documentation in any format and any languages, for MAC or PC platforms. We work with the latest DTP software, including:

  • QuarkXpress Passport

  • Adobe InDesign

  • Adobe Photoshop

  • Adobe Illustrator

  • Adobe FrameMaker

  • Adobe PageMaker

We can deliver whatever kind of electronic file you prefer (i.e. EPS, JPEG, HTML, MS-Office, PDF, text).
