We can provide many additional services to help you. Some services may incur additional charges. (We will always inform you if any additional charges will be involved.)
Are there any hidden fees?
No. If there are additional charges for extended services, we will tell you up front.
How long does it take?
From the time we receive all the necessary materials and information from you, about one week. Some landing pages may take longer depending upon the number of languages and any additional services required. We will keep you updated via e-mail.
Do you use machine translation? Who translates?
No, we do not use machine translation. We use only qualified human translators. We have a network of over 450 translators from around the world. Our translators have a wide variety of experience and subject specialization, and we will assign translators to your project who have a background appropriate to the content of your Landing Page.
Will you build a new web site for me?
No, we DO NOT build a new website. We build the Foreign Language Landing Page based on an existing page on your website. We will work with you to develop a menu system to link from your homepage to the Landing Page. We also offer custom development services to match any of your needs.
What warranty do you offer?
All translation work is under warranty for 10 days. Our warranty does not cover changes to format, content, or translation made by the client after delivery.
What do I do if I want to update information on my Foreign Language Landing Page(s)?
Drop us a line, we will offer discounts on updates. We keep a translation memory of your content on file in order to provide consistent quality and cost effective translations.
What kind of artwork should I provide if I want images translated?
In order for us to translate any images in your Landing Page, we require the design files used to create the images, as well as any special fonts used. These can be in a variety of formats. If the design files cannot be found, we may be able to recreate images, although this usually incurs additional charges (we will advise you of costs ahead of time) We support most common graphic programs.
